By requesting a commission, you automatically agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully, as I will deny your commission if it does not meet my terms of service. These terms are subject to change at any time. If you have any questions or concerns, please get in contact:

Terms:
I have the full right to edit my terms of service and prices at any time I wish.
I have the right to decline a commission for any reason, especially if it goes against my terms.
I retain all rights to my work, which include (but are not limited to) the right to use said artwork for self-promotion and upload it to any of my personal galleries or portfolios.
I have the right to repurpose any rejected designs, thumbnails, or sketches for future works, adopts, and/or commissions.
You have the right to use your commission for any personal use you want (avatars, wallpapers, icons, profile pictures, etc.) as long as proper credit is given. Under no circumstances does this right extend to commercial use (unless agreed beforehand).
You may not use your commission for NFTs, Blockchain, or cryptocurrency ventures.
You may NOT use your commission to train any AI/machine-learning systems.
Fees:
Characters with wings, weapons, outfits, detailed accessories, or complex anatomy/markings are subject to an additional fee (per criteria met).
The price of portraits, scenes, or comics will vary depending on the complexity - and number - of backgrounds.
The price of a sticker may increase depending on the pose requested.
Once the commission has started, changes to the approved character design or commission brief will incur extra fees (e.g. providing an updated reference with new markings, or asking for additional accessories not included or mentioned in the original references/brief).

Payments and refunds:
Payments must be made in GBP (Great British Pounds [£]) via invoice.
Payments must be made in full before the commission can be started.
I do not offer full refunds as I can only refund work that was not done. If you decide to cancel a commission before the sketch has been finalised, you will receive a 50% refund. Once the sketch is approved, you may only receive a refund of up to 20% (depending on how close the commission is to being completed)
Proccess and Turnaround times:
Turnaround times for artworks can vary depending on commission type and character complexity - averaging between 1 - 3 months. Scene, Comic and Character Design commissions can have a waiting period of up to 6 - 8 months.
I cannot guarantee that I will finish your commission by a specified deadline. However, I will try my best to meet any reasonable time frame you have in mind.
WiPs and snapshots can be provided at any time you request.
A clear (preferably unshaded) image or reference of the character(s) must be provided for the commission. Otherwise, an additional character design fee will be charged depending on the vagueness of the provided reference(s).
A digital pallet must also be provided with traditional references.
Revisions
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS MAY LEAD TO FUTURE COMMISSIONS NOT BEING ACCEPTED.
Artwork revisions are limited to 3 rounds per stage. Further revision rounds will incur an extra fee per additional round.
Once a thumbnail is approved, the pose/layout of a commission cannot be changed. To avoid any complications in the future, if you have a specific pose in mind, please say so beforehand.
Once the sketch is approved, no major changes will be allowed (this includes the repositioning of limbs, changes to the background, or adding objects, details or accessories).
Once the commission is completed, a PNG file (along with any requested formatted versions) will be sent to you via email.
I will not restart or create a new artwork after the thumbnail is accepted.

Your character in simple scenario illustrated in a 1 - 5 page comic.
Icons - £50+
A headshot of your character rendered to a requested level of complexity.

A sticker pack comprising of 3+ stickers, each of a requested complexity. Can be formatted for Twitch, Discord, Telegram and physical stickers.
Digital Badges - £40
A digital badge featuring your character's headshot and illustrated name.
Reference sheets - £90
A character reference featuring design notes and a front/back view of said design. Extra sheet information can be requested.
Character designs - £70+
An anthropomorphic character design for a feral/bi-pedal character. Finished design comes with a flat fullbody illustration.
